The challenge

Take over the domestic retail operations of Anya Hindmarch in Hong Kong and Taiwan from a previous agent with less than one months’ notice.

Value added

Secured better retail locations in Hong Kong, and reset the distribution in Taiwan to reflect the proper brand positioning. Assisted the brand on expansion planning elsewhere in the region.
